Gardlings is a refreshing entry in the 'light strategy' category. It takes the deck-building mechanic—think Dominion or Quest for El Dorado—and swaps cards for tiles and bags. It’s colorful, fast-paced because everyone plays at once, and has that addictive 'just one more tile' feeling.
It's not a life-changing epic, but it’s a great 'Tuesday night' game that won’t result in anyone flipping the table or falling asleep. It hits that sweet spot of being easy to learn but having enough depth to keep you coming back to try a different creature combo.
