Thunderhead is the rare YA sequel that actually has something to say. It moves past the 'teen romance' tropes of the genre and dives headfirst into some really heavy questions about AI, governance, and human nature.

It’s smart, it’s fast, and it’s definitely not 'brain rot.' If your kid liked the first book, this is a non-negotiable read. If they haven't started the series, get them Scythe immediately.
