Let's be real: this is a movie nobody asked for and apparently nobody enjoyed. Taking a sketch comedy character known for being deliberately offensive and stretching it to 95 minutes was always going to be a tough sell, and the 5.6/10 rating confirms it landed with a thud.
For parents, this is a hard pass at any age. There's nothing here for kids, teens, or families - it's adult comedy that's not even good adult comedy. The entire premise is watching someone be rude and inappropriate, which isn't exactly enriching entertainment.
Even if you're a Catherine Tate fan who loved the original sketches, feature-length Nan appears to be exhausting rather than entertaining. Save your 95 minutes for literally anything else.
