Let's be honest: this is a forgettable direct-to-video horror sequel that even genre fans mostly passed on. The 5.2 IMDb rating and dismal 34% audience score tell the real story—critics might have found it competently made, but viewers were bored.
The premise (virus outbreak on a plane, then quarantine at an airport terminal) has been done better elsewhere. If you want infection horror, watch 28 Days Later or Train to Busan. If you want confined-space tension, watch the original Quarantine or its Spanish predecessor [REC].
For parents: this is absolutely not for kids. The 17+ rating is accurate—expect graphic violence, gore, and people being attacked by infected victims. But honestly, you're probably not going to watch this either. There are too many better horror movies out there.
