Look, this is a true-crime documentary about a woman who shot her husband on Valentine's Day after years of mutual abuse and steroid-fueled violence. It's not for kids, it's not for young teens, and honestly, it's not even particularly well-made for adults.
The WISE score is low because this is definitionally unwholesome (murder and abuse), not imaginative (standard doc format), unsafe for younger viewers (violence and trauma), and only moderately enriching. Yes, it offers some insight into domestic violence and the bodybuilding world, but the execution is more sensationalist than educational.
If you're an adult interested in true crime and can handle heavy subject matter about domestic violence, this might be worth a watch. But the middling ratings (6.7 IMDb, 3.3 Letterboxd) suggest it's not even a standout in the true-crime genre. There are better documentaries out there that handle similar topics with more depth and less exploitation.
Bottom line: Adults only, heavy content, moderate execution. Not recommended for family viewing under any circumstances.
