Look, Hell Comes to Frogtown is a cult curiosity at best and unwatchable garbage at worst. The premise—virile man forced to breed with fertile women while battling mutant frogs—is exactly as exploitative as it sounds.
Even for adults who enjoy bad movies, this is a tough sit. The 'satire' doesn't work, the production is cheap, and the gender politics are deeply uncomfortable. Roddy Piper in a codpiece fighting frog people is certainly a thing that exists, but existing doesn't make it worth your time.
This has zero place in any family media diet and extremely limited appeal even for adults. It's available on approximately 47 free streaming services, which tells you everything about its actual value. Skip it.
