Boss Baby Back In The Crib is what happens when a moderately successful movie franchise gets stretched into a TV series—the concept gets thinner, the jokes get more repetitive, and you're left wondering if anyone really asked for this.
It's safe and colorful enough to park your preschooler in front of for 20 minutes, but don't expect them to learn anything meaningful or be particularly enriched by the experience. The corporate satire angle is lost on the target audience (4-7 year olds have zero context for workplace politics), and the Boss Baby character himself models behavior you probably don't want to encourage—bossy, self-serving, manipulative.
That said, it's not harmful, just... there. If your kid is already a Boss Baby superfan, they'll probably enjoy it. If not, there are dozens of better options on Netflix that offer actual imagination, character development, or educational value. This is filler content that won't rot their brain but won't grow it either.
